Anthony, Kansas -- Penn Place Apartments, currently owned by Vap Property Solutions, Inc., is excited to announce that as of July 31, 2023, the property is now under new ownership. ABC Holdings USA, a real estate investment firm with properties in several states around the U.S. takes over management of the 56-unit apartment complex in Anthony, Kansas as of this month.

"We have turned away other buyers in the past because they didn't share our values, and the guys at ABC Holdings USA really seem committed to our tenant experience and being an active player in Harper County the way that we have been over the years.”
Penn Place Apartments was built in 2012 by Vap Construction, Inc., owned by Jeff Vap and Linda Young-Vap in response to a boom in the natural gas industry at the time. "There was a huge need for housing in Anthony, and we were privileged to help meet that need," Linda said. "While the natural gas expansion project is wrapped up, we've kept our occupancy up because we have a unique 'Worry Free Living' model that allows tenants to have one flat payment that includes all their utilities.”
