We have a full-time property manager with office hours from 8-5, but if we are not in the office, tenants are welcome to text or call 620-842-3484 with any needs! If you are in need of any maintenance on your apartment unit, please fill out the form below and let us know how we can assist you. This may result in delays for needed services, and/or damages which may be the financial responsibility of the tenant.
